Weapon X-Force’s Full Team Lineup Is Revealed

The full lineup for Marvel’s black ops team Weapon X-Force has been revealed, and everything is about to get much bloodier.

After Old Man Logan and Warpath left the lethal mutant strike team Weapon X, longtime Wolverine antagonist Sabretooth has formed a new ensemble under his leadership, unafraid of proactively protecting mutants around the globe with extreme prejudice. While initial teases about the roster had been kept under wraps, new X-Men editor Jordan White has revealed the deliriously violent lineup.

“What’s this??? The full line-up of Weapon X-Force! #XMenMonday,” White tweeted as part of a series of posts teasing developments across the X-Men titles.

As seen on the cover by Rahzzah, Sabretooth and previously revealed teammate Domino are joined by Mystique, Lady Deathstrike and Omega Red. The new team is predominantly comprised of X-Men villains who boast a vicious history with Wolverine, and looks to take their bloody agenda of protecting mutantkind from the shadows at any cost to even further extremes. First teased in May, Weapon X-Force is expected to make its debut this August in Weapon X-Force #22.

Written by Greg Pak and Fred Van Lente with art by Yildiray Cinar, Weapon X-Force goes on sale Aug. 15.
