Star Wars Celebration Chicago: Photos From The Show Floor

After skipping 2018, Star Wars Celebration is back and this time, hosted in Chicago's McCormick Place. The (nearly) annual gathering brings together Star Wars fans from around the world with merchants, artists, costume designers, writers, droid builders, and even the stars of the movies and television shows.

Star Wars Celebration Chicago might be the biggest year yet for the event - with more major first-look reveals and premiers than ever before - which saw its last two iterations occur in London, England, and Orlando, Florida. We were at both and are back with an even bigger team in 2019 because there's just so much to cover.

While the show floor may feel familiar with returning attendees, there are always some amazing new things to see, and we've snapped photos of the mainstays - the easily recommendable must-see booths and setups, and the ever-popular branded toys and costume accessories. There are countless LEGO figures (so much so it set a Guinness World Record today), classic and new toys, costumes pieces and collector items, set pieces, and massive displays including live-sized starships and ground vehicles from the Star Wars Universe!

So, while we await for the panels of Star Wars Celebration 2019 to begin tomorrow with our first official look (and expected title and trailer reveal) for Star Wars: Episode IX, followed by Vader Immortal, and later on the weekend, the Jedi: Fallen Order video game panel from Respawn Entertainment, new toys from Hasbro's panel, new comics from Marvel's panel, and of course, The Mandalorian panel, we have a rather larger gallery you can slide through on mobile or desktop with the above 'Star Quick View' button.

We'll have a video team at the event all weekend long, so stay tuned for fun content on our Twitter channel and here on the main site when we interview fans and give a deeper look at what's on the show floor, alongside our recaps of what happens at each panel.
